1:ORDERS

Placing your order online is easy! Just add your products to your cart. When you are finished shopping, head over to checkout. We process orders as soon as 24 hours of placement.

2:SHIPPING

Shipping rates are set automatically based on your zip code. We apologize for how high shipping rates can be but unfortunately we don't have much control over that. We are always working on new ideas to make shipping costs lower. We ship your order within 24 hours of placement with the exception of our "Customize your own Candle" program, which ships within 48 hours of placement.

3:GIFT SHIPPING

If you are shopping for a gift for someone, we highly recommend our Holiday Hope, Christmas Bliss and Harvest Dessert 100% Premium Soy Candles during Thanksgiving and Christmas. For each of these select candles we will donate $1 per candle sold to a sponsored charity organization during the holidays.

4:RETURNS

At this time, we do not accept returns on any of our products. All DIY Everything Online products are made to very specific specifications and are intended to be the best of quality before they are shipped out to our customers. All "Consignment" products are "Sold As Is". Damage that occurs during shipping would need to be handled with the shipping company. We will always do our best to satisfy our customers. If you have questions or concerns about products that you have received please call or email our customer service for assistance. We greatly value your business!
